I use a budgeting tool called EveryDollar by Ramsey using guidelines of its use given by Ramsey.  I pay an annual membership fee to Ramsey for the guidelines, as well as a reoccurring fee to use the EveryDollar app.  They both keep me in the budgetary nest, I suppose
